The most common way to whitelist an address is to add it to your address book, white list, or safe list.  There is no universal way to whitelist an address, so if this is not an option, you will have to consult the help section associated with your email application.  They should have instructions on how to whitelist an address there.

To counteract naughty internet fraudsters and other internet criminals, our system is set up to automatically disable passwords that might have been played with. You can always click on "forgot password" in the login area, as this will send a new token to your nominated email address.

This way you can always reset your password to whatever you like, at anytime.

Our system also uses technology that BLOCKS access to the site by email addresses, ip addresses etc that are listed on anti spammers lists.

If you cant login - you might want to check the following listing sites and make sure you are removed...

No. You can only vote once, so make sure you vote counts.

We had to change the rules this year, as an "unanmed" fan who was sitting on the iste voting 24 hours a day, did not like receiving our confirmation of vote emails, and reported our email as spam.

This made things very difficult for us email wise, as our system uses email to send you all notifications etc... so we decided that one vote and one email per person was the way we had to go - please blame them!

Please note that our system generates a verification/thankyou email for each round of voting (One email for all categories). So please don't complain or flag your email verifications as spam - doing this damages our email system and your account AND your votes will be deleted.

To increase votes for your favourites, get your friends to join  (please note our system wont allow fake accounts, so get real freinds and fans to vote!)

We list those artists, bands, events and products that have activly engaged with our readers via POPrepublic.tv over the past 12 months.

If your favourite artist isn't on there - get them or their management or publicity to set up an official artist page, group or suh so they can be in the running!

For the 2014 Awards, voting closes Midnight on 10th February 2015. (AEDST) Sydney Time.

Winners will be announced on Valentines Day 2015.

You should receive a thankyou / confirmation vote from us when you have completed voting.

If you are one a free email provider like hotmail, gmail or yahoo etc (even AOL)  please ADD OUR DOMAIN @poprepublic.tv to your email safe list.

This year it's one vote per person, due to fans who have come on the site to vote for one artist flagging our emails as spam during multi vote years. This had idamaged our email reputation in the past - so we have altered the rules so it works with our systems.

Please note, that should you mark your email as spam, our system will pick this up and your account will be deleted and all votes made will also be automatically deleted.  Email is an essential part of the POPrepublic.tv experience, so please do not ruin it for everyone.

Our priority is to service our readers who use our site throughout the year, enjoy our system and content - not just voters who come on during awards time.

Currently we do not offer voting via the app. It is only available via the website.
