To counteract naughty internet fraudsters and other internet criminals, our system is set up to automatically disable passwords that might have been played with. You can always click on "forgot password" in the login area, as this will send a new token to your nominated email address. This way you can always reset your password to whatever you like, at anytime.
Why does some content look like its not there?
We have "hidden" content for those members that are logged in. Its does NOT automatically appear just because you have an account with us - you must log in to the site to see this exclusive content.
My account seems to be cancelled.
We manually go through new memberships, to check that all details are correct. Should we come across any "fake" information on your profile - or incorrect information (like a landline phone number in a mobile phone area) then your account could be disabled or cancelled. Please make sure you fill in all the information correctly to avoid your membership being cancelled. cancellation is at our discretion. We will endeavour to contact you to correct your information if we feel it to be a mistake on your behalf, otherwise no correspondence will be entered into.
I have received emails that i didn't ask for.
ALL our emailouts are sent to opt in subscribers - we NEVER subscribe anyone without their express permission. Please ask members of your family (especially young adults who may sign up your details to vote in our polls or competitions) - its against the rules, but some people do it. Please check with family or friends first, as the holder of the account is the only person that can delete or unsubscribe. If you follow the links on the email we send you - you can easily unsubscribe that way. If the link does not work - you may have received the email from another "bounced" address, which you will have to track and remove yourself.
