It's back again readers! That right, 2011 may now just be a year you might want to forget and party on into the new year, but as we have for the past decade plus, we are asking you - our ever loyal troops, to choose the best of the year and make history with your votes for your favourite artists!
Each year, we slam dunk the record for votes taken for the POPreublic.tv IT LIST awards, and this year won't be any different!
